Our Experience and How We Work

I have been a proud member of National Association of Professional Organizers since 2003. That coincides with the year when I settled in San Ramon, CA and starting servicing my customers in the Greater East Bay.

Personally, I have been a passionate organizer all my life. From my own house, to my mom's attic, to my prospective customer's homes -- whenever I walk into a room, garage or a house, creative organizing thoughts start to flow!

I am happily married with two kids. I have been a teacher for a few years and hold a diploma in French language. I am well traveled globally and understand different cultures and diverse living styles.

My organizing approach is to listen and completely understand the customer's situation. I put myself in their shoes and always try to visualize things from their lens. As we embark on an organizing project, I create a fun and enjoyable environment with my clients so that they feel extremely comfortable with what I am doing. It's always a 2 way street working with me. As a result, the customer receives top notch service and a project that culminates with their 100% satisfaction.

This service encompasses a holistic view of your family's life-style. Uzma takes the time to understand a "day in the life" of your family routines. This allows her to visualize an end-state of how it will be, after it is fully organized. Using a collaborative and an open approach, a repeatable 'organizing system' is created that flows naturally in your life.
